Trip to Munich, Germany

Hi everybody! The only good thing about coming back home from a vacation, is looking at thousands of pictures we took.  We spent wonderful 3 weeks in Europe. From the airport we took a cab and half and hour later got to our  hotel. Denis picked very cozy little hotel away from the crowded center. The closer we got to the hotel the more I liked the quiet upscale neighborhood around Schlosse Nymphenburg. Cutest, castle like building on the corner was our Hotel Laimer Hof. Charming place, charming people.

I wanted to sleep and Denis wanted to eat so guess who won? Fighting jet leg I was walking to the restaurant for some German food, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. Liver dumpling soup, some might think is disgusting but I thought was great! Schnitzel (breaded, really crispy fried, pork chop) with homemade fries and beer. How good is that?

In the morning Denis woke me up so excited and when I looked out the window I could see why.  Everything was white,  we were witnessing first snow of the season. We could not wait to get few snapshots of the virgin snow in the park behind Nymphenburg Palace.

I was so happy Denis picked  hotel right next to the palace.  Two minutes walk on sleepy, magically white from snow streets of Munich and we saw Nymphenburg Palace .
